Vampire Academy is about a girl named Rose that is turned into a dhampire, which is bitten by a real vampire. She was bitten by her best friend, Lissa, who is a Moroi princess. A moroi is a vampire with special abilities. Rose is determined to protect Lissa, from Strigoi, flesh eating vampires, that never die. Vampire academy is the academy that protects them and teaches the way of life for such things like them.
Review:
I loved this book. I liked how it didn't completly take the idea from Twilight. It took the idea of vampires, but put it's own twist into it. If you like Twilight, or the idea of vampires, I defidently recommened you to read this.
